MISSION STATEMENT

It is the mission of the Kura with the support of our community to provide a safe and healthy learning environment that will enhance the spiritual, intellectual and physical development of the student through an education programme.

 

 

 

 

 

 

GOALS

Teaching and learning are the highest priority in our Kura.

That  parents, staff and students work in partnership to ensure Te Kura Kaupapa Maori O Piripono is an effective learning community;

 

Providing a Safe and Healthy environment that will enhance and nurture the spiritual, intellectual and physical well being of our tamariki

 

Encouraging life long learning by becoming active learners who think critically and take risks to achieve success

 

Supporting tamariki to achieve their full potential while respecting their dignity, rights and individuality

 

Encouraging positive social interaction communication skills that will enable them to succeed in the wider world

 

Kaitiakitanga: that our tamariki recognise their unique role in Aotearoa as the guardians of all that is sacred
